Crouch 2.0 (thanks to redleader)
Here's a simple script that you can use so you're able to be running and hit crouch without rolling:
/bind <key> "+speed; wait 10; +movedown"
-Make sure you use quote marks in the console as well "<cmd>" other wise it wont work
