Sorry, the reason the list is always incomplete is because only two people can edit it and nobody actually records every given name that comes through the system.
Whenever the list is updated, it's done completely by memory and sometimes people get left out or ranks get mixed up.
If you'd really like the list to be fixed, would you mind compiling some data yourself and an admin will use it to update the list?

ok, name is nataku, but i used Powerlevel 50 in my clan tags, rank atm is Kn, until i can get a hold of fumi to get another tryout, but w.e
euhm had the game since 2003 used to be in a bunch of clans
I've been on a break for quite some time but i mostly return too jka during the vacation, so that's it
