Cartwheel has always been a personal favorite of mine, and here's a video of it in the yellow stance. It is executed exactly like the red cart is, only quicker. Very useful in duel, and if you know me you know that i use it myself quite often. Here's a video of me doing some carts in the yellow stance ( and some fails).
