Dance
[Rapidly alternate between A swing and D swing indefinitely]
This will quickly become your favorite move, as it is very effective in many situations and will quickly defeat anyone who isn’t prepared for it; However, do not assume the saberdance is impenetrable. This move is best used for getting around the guard of someone who is exposed on the left or right side.
It is also very effect once an opponent's guard has been broken. Guard will be discussed in further detail later on. -lemonLime
Rush
[Hold W and alternate between AW and WD swings]
This is great for chasing opponents, it keeps the pressure on them when they’re moving away from you. Can be done directly out of a saberdance or hurricane. Note: As you progress, this technique will be discarded as your ability to delay increases, but it is good to understand it nontheless
Hurricane
[Rapidly alternate between WD & AS or AW & SD swing indefinitely]
This is basically a vertical version of saberdance. Slightly easier to deflect, but targets the body as a whole allowing for better location damage. This is best for getting around the guard of someone who is exposed from above or below. Great for batting someone out of the air, or attacking someone from above while jumping.
All three of the above techniques can be strung together without pausing, in any order. Learning them is essential to perfecting duals, even if you don't end up using them constantly like you will be in practice. -lemonLime
