Right click the game icon and go to properties then go to game data base and out the pk3 file in that folder. =) hope this helps

Xd thanks for help but i got up to the game data base wher eis the pk3 folder? should i make one if i dont have?

pk3 is the map file, not a folder.

this is where im puting the sith councle v2 C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base its not working still, am i doing it wrong or is it just not working  XD im failing at this |

I'm not sure how new you are to adding mods, so I'll start pretty basic and go step by step.
When you download a mod for JK3 they usually come in one of two types of package: a '.zip' or a '.rar'. The '.zip' is the more common.
If you used the link I provided as implied, you would have ending up downloading a sithcouncilv2.zip which contains four files.
Whether or not you can open the .zip easily depends on your computer software. Most computers will have no trouble opening it. If you need software, I recommend downloading "7-Zip" (a free software program to manage both .zip and .rar formats)
Once you are able to open it and view the contents, you should see:
Kahn.pk3 (A skin for JK3)
Kahn Skin Read-me.txt (text document)
Sith Council V2 Read-me.txt (text document)
sithcouncilv2.pk3 (The map your looking for)
Now, you want to extract(move) the sithcouncilv2.pk3 to the 'base' folder of you Jedi Academy game directory. The directory you provided above is the common install directory and should be correct.
You'll be able to tell if it worked if you notice a new map choice when you go to start your own map or if it successfully loads when you type '\map sithcouncilv2' in your game console. If your experiencing errors when trying to join a server, then the problem may be something entirely different.
