Every time a trial takes place, the master that officiated said trial *MUST* take note of it here.
Requirements:
Post Subject = Student name, rank desired (eg lemonLime HC)
Student Name: (e.g. lemonlime)
Date and time of trial: (e.g. 6/18/11 at 11:14 am)
Type of trial: (e.g. K+ Trial)
Outcome: (e.g. Pass/Fail)
Notes: (explain how the trial went, what the student needs to improve on most etc.)
